Stories from Grateful Patients: Barbara

In Her Own Words...

"I have stage 4 neuroendocrine, lung, and liver cancer. Having metastatic cancer is a devastating experience. Especially when your best option for survival is in another state. Mercy Medical Angels lightened my burden by providing charitable flight assistance so I could receive my life-sustaining treatments. They afforded me the opportunity to access the care I needed. I would not have been able to receive that care if it weren't for Mercy Medical Angels. Thank you, Mercy Medical Angels, your assistance and understanding is greatly appreciated!"
