In Her Own Words...
"Hello, my name is Kathy. I was diagnosed with Leukemia in April of 2024. My best option for treatment was City of Hope in Duarte, which is a long drive from my home in Bakersfield. It's been over a year fighting cancer, and I may have to continue treatment for another year."
"I always feel completely taken care of by my husband, who has driven me to treatment all these times without a single complaint, and City of Hope. Now I have a third to add to that list: Mercy Medical Angels. I couldn't ask for better support. Thank you for making it easier for us to fill our gas tank to make the trip."
