"Around a year ago I was diagnosed with a plural effusion. Turns out that my fatigue and my problems with sleeping were because of the plural effusion. When the doctors did more tests, they found out that it was cancer." 

“I have Stage 4 lung cancer, along with diabetes, high blood pressure, and a heart condition. To receive treatment, I travel every three weeks from my home in Puerto Rico to Tampa, Florida. My doctors are at Moffitt Cancer Center. Traveling this often is very expensive. The doctors want me to stay a week or more to do more exams if necessary. And due to my conditions, I cannot work much.”
