Stories from Grateful Patients: Jill

May 29, 2025

In Her Own Words...

"My name is Jill. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in September 2024. Immunotherapy gave me the best odds for treating the bladder cancer, and hopefully putting it in remission someday."

"The only problem is that I have to drive a total of six hours round-trip for two hours of treatment. My sister has been driving me recently to give me a rest. But paying for gas has been a burden, especially since I can only work part-time."

"Mercy Medical Angels sent me gas cards. Their help saved my mental health. With the generous gas cards from Mercy Medical Angels, I feel a deep sense of relief. I don't know what else to say except thank you!"
