Then other medical problems came up, and I needed to see my primary care physician once or twice a month. "I have to travel from my home to Methodist Hospital in Houston. My usual doctor is just outside Houston. It's about 80 miles round trip for the Methodist Hospital, and 86 miles round trip for seeing my usual doctor. I'm on disability, and the costs of travel for medical care are piling up."
