"Hello, I'm Valoree. I have been diagnosed with two types of Bone Marrow Cancers. Multiple myeloma and Myelodyplasic Syndrome - both blood cancers - for which I need bone marrow transplants."
"There's just one big problem. I live three hours away from the cancer center in Buffalo, NY where I get my care and trasnsplants. Gas is getting way too expensive and I was worrying that I'd have to miss my medical appointments."
