"Hello, my name is Wyolanda. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021. The hospitals in my area didn't have the best treatments for me, and referred me to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas."
"That brought up another problem. I had no way to afford the costs of traveling hundreds of miles, even for medically necessary reasons. I can't work and am on long-term disability. Also, I'm a single parent - my child's father died in 2023."
