I am very thankful to Mercy Medical Angels and the whole staff for taking care of me when I was trying to get to a Veterans Retreat for PTSD and Trauma. I am a 23 yr combat veteran from Michigan. I received my Purple Heart in Afghanistan for injuries suffered in an attack by the enemy. I was going through a divorce at the time I utilized your services and very much needing to attend this function with other Veterans. You all played a vital role in my healing process as I did not have the finances to attend the event. My therapist told me about your program and helped with the process. I am very grateful that such a wonderful organization exists to help those in emergency need. The retreat was invaluable to my healing of trauma and the camaraderie came at a time in my life when I was struggling. Continue doing great things! Thanks again for helping me at my time of need.
