"My name is Dawn. I live in a small town in Utah. A few years back, I was diagnosed with lung cancer. It ended up spreading to other parts of my body."
"Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City was my best bet for treatment. However, it's almost 4 hours and more than 200 miles from home. My only income is disability payments. I can't afford gas for such a long drive on top of my other expenses."
"I applied for assistance with Mercy Medical Angels. They sent me gas cards. With their help, I am able to afford the costs of driving to cancer treatment. I have to say, it's beautiful to know I can make it to my cancer treatments. Mercy Medical Angels has helped me tremendously. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
